1. Service Definition
Recruit Sphere operates as a Hiring-as-a-Service (HaaS) agency. We provide an end-to-end recruitment engine that uses AI to source, screen, and verify candidates for our client companies. By using our platform, you acknowledge that we are the sole administrator of the software and recruitment pipeline.
2. User Responsibilities
Client Companies
Clients must provide accurate job descriptions and adhere to established hiring deadlines. Recruit Sphere is not responsible for hiring decisions made by clients.
Candidates
Candidates must provide truthful profile data. Attempting to circumvent proctored assessments or using unauthorized aids during AI interviews is strictly prohibited.
3. AI-Driven Evaluations
You acknowledge that our recruitment process involves automated decision-making and AI analysis. While our systems are designed for objective filtering, final selection authority remains with the client company.

4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Recruit Sphere be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the dashboard, or for any recruitment outcome. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our integrity standards.
